John McNeill, Chief Technology Officer
John has thirty-one years of experience in a wide range of positions in the field of Information Technology, from software developer to managing technology centers around the U.S.
John directly oversees the creation and support of the SpEdFast and Equity Squared applications. His belief in keeping a hands-on approach to helping customers while directing project managers and software developers has resulted in products that are rapidly competing successfully with established special education peer companies.
“I enjoy providing direct desktop-sharing support with special education professionals who are not afraid to tell me both the good and bad sides of software as it relates to the teaching experience”, John said. “I am then able to take what I learn from those users and direct our development teams to continually improve our weaknesses in short order. That personal touch and quick turnaround of improvements often results in loyal users who are not accustomed to such partnerships.”
John is pursuing a common goal of Special Education Solutions to make the software friendly, fast, and compliant so teachers can spend less time with paperwork and software and more time working directly with students.
Testimonials
“...The Speech Pathology Due Process Manual from Special Solutions of Arkansas has been very valuable to me as a public school speech therapist. It gives great samples for filling out due process forms and helps me remember which forms are necessary for specific conferences. The appendix supplies needed information, including the Arkansas Frameworks. In my busy schedule, this manual is truly a timesaver.”
